Osakaya Hamamachi-ten is Nagasaki’s flagship yakiniku destination, specializing in A5-rank wagyu with high marbling sourced from across Kyushu. The restaurant offers semi-private tatami seating and also serves shabu-shabu and tripe alongside its grilled-meat menu, and is especially known for its beef tongue. It has been selected for Tabelog’s Yakiniku Hyakumeiten for four consecutive years.
