Yoru no Yakizakana Chocho Musubi (夜ノ焼魚 ちょーちょむすび)

Yoru no Yakizakana Chocho Musubi is a Sendai izakaya specializing in charcoal-grilled fresh fish and individually plated sashimi courses, located in the Kamisugi area of Aoba-ku near Kita-Yobancho Station. Opened as the second location of the popular “Izakaya Chocho” group, it is built around a large counter and offers a wide selection of sake alongside house-blended Miyagi rice. It has been selected for Tabelog’s Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten in both 2024 and 2025. Note: it is one of several related but distinctly named branches of the same group, including locations in central Sendai and in Naha, Okinawa.
