A minute from Hanshin Mikage Station, Yakitori Takashima has been selected for the Tabelog Hyakumeiten’s yakitori WEST ranking in both 2024 and 2025 since opening in December 2021. The chef sources whole Shimanto Jidori chickens, a lean, free-range breed prized for its concentrated flavor, and butchers each bird in-house before grilling over binchotan charcoal. The fourteen-seat restaurant, built around a wood-toned counter inspired by the idea of wa, or harmony, also offers a private room for small groups.
