Yakitori Sanka is a Michelin Bib Gourmand yakitori restaurant tucked near Kagurazaka Station, run by a sommelier-qualified owner who showcases rare regional jidori breeds such as Tosa Jiro and Aizu jidori. Skewers are grilled over Kochi-sourced binchotan charcoal and paired with a curated list of wine and sake selected specifically to complement yakitori.
