Yakiniku Kosen (焼肉幸泉)
A highly sought-after yakini…
Three minutes from Oshiage Station, in the shadow of Tokyo Skytree, Yakitori Omino is run by an owner who trained for six years at the legendary Torishiki before striking out on his own. That pedigree shows in the binchotan grill work, applied to whole Date Chicken birds processed in-house rather than pre-cut parts. The signature oyakodon, a chicken-and-egg rice bowl built from the same carefully sourced birds, draws its own following distinct from the yakitori crowd. A midday service on Wednesdays and Saturdays adds a rare lunch option to an otherwise dinner-focused restaurant, with Sundays reserved for rest.
