Owner Keita Morimoto went independent in 2009 and opened Yakitori Morimoto in the Haruyoshi entertainment district in 2019, earning Michelin recognition alongside back-to-back Tabelog Hyakumeiten yakitori WEST selections for 2024 and 2025.
