Yakitori Hifumi (焼鳥一二三)

Yakitori Hifumi is a reservation-only skewer restaurant a short walk from Kannai Station in Yokohama, known for a menu built around rare, farm-raised pheasant alongside Kyo-beni jidori chicken, foie gras chawanmushi, and seasonal vegetables. The omakase course is served in a stylish fifth-floor dining room with counter seating and private rooms, pairing each course with wine or sake selections. Now settled into its Kannai location after moving from Yamate, it has quickly built a following for its distinctive “Speciality Yakitori” approach. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays, with occasional additional irregular closures announced in advance.
