Vegan details: The ramen uses kelp, shiitake mushrooms and vegetables for the soup. The wheat-based noodles are vegan, but not gluten-free.
Plan your visit: Reservations receive priority. Last entry is 13:30 for lunch and 21:00 for dinner. Check closure dates before booking. The Japanese official page says cash is not accepted; children aged six and under are not admitted.
