Tsukemen Shigeta is a tiny, nine-seat tsukemen specialist tucked into a shopping arcade near Rokkomichi Station in Kobe’s Nada Ward, and a perennial Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten selection. The shop built its reputation on ultra-thick, chewy noodles served with a rich, concentrated dipping broth, drawing long lines from ramen fans across the Kansai region. Expect a wait even on weekdays given the shop’s small size and cult following. The shop is closed on Mondays, and occasionally on additional Tuesdays each month.
