Tokishirazu (トキシラズ)

Tokishirazu is a counter-centric evening izakaya on Watanabe-dori in central Fukuoka, first selected for the Tabelog Izakaya WEST Hyakumeiten in 2025 and also recognized as a 2026 Tabelog “Hot Restaurant.” Open late (5pm to midnight), it focuses on sake-paired seasonal dishes in an intimate, 32-seat counter setting with a modest per-person seating charge, and is adults-oriented rather than family-friendly.
