Tachinomidokoro Donbee is a long-running, locals-favorite standing bar in central Akashi known for very fresh seafood, with octopus and tachiuo (beltfish) sashimi reflecting Akashi’s identity as a fishing port, all at affordable prices and with day-drinking starting at 14:00. It has 20 counter-only seats, is cash-only, and takes no reservations. It was selected for Tabelog’s 2025 Top 100 Standing Bars.
