Sumisho Mikuriya (炭匠 御厨)

Sumisho Mikuriya has earned Tabelog Hyakumeiten yakitori WEST selection for four consecutive years from 2022 through 2025 from a ten-seat counter five minutes from Minamimorimachi Station. Open since May 2018, the restaurant caps each reservation at three guests and closes for the night once its ingredients run out, a philosophy the kitchen describes as skewers crafted through daily research and training. The strictly non-smoking, reservation-only restaurant does not admit children below junior-high age, reinforcing its focus on an uninterrupted, adult dining experience.
