Sumibiyaki Sanku (炭火焼 山空)

Located in the Kazata area of Nichinan, Miyazaki, Sumibiyaki Sanku is a charcoal-grilled chicken specialty restaurant celebrated for its Miyazaki jitokko (local heritage chicken). It is open in the evenings from 18:00 to 22:00, closed on Sundays as well as the 18th and 26th of each month.
