sincere (シンシア)

sincere (シンシア) is a fully reservation-based hideaway French restaurant near Kitasando Station in Shibuya, Tokyo, open since 2016, a 2025 Tabelog Hyakumeiten (フレンチ TOKYO 百名店 2025) honoree known for its fish dishes.

Seating is 18 (table seats), with no private room, and full buyouts possible for up to 20 people. A sommelier is on staff, and a 10% service charge applies. The dress code is casual-formal (men should avoid tank tops, half pants, and beach sandals). Children are accepted for reservations from age 12 and up. Lunch service is offered separately under the sister brand “Sincere Plus.”

Regular closing day is Sunday. Please note the restaurant is also closed on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Monday of the month — we recommend confirming directly with the restaurant before visiting on a Monday.
