Shutei Yuzawa (酒亭湯澤)

Shutei Yuzawa is an eight-seat counter yakitori bar near Bakuro-Yokoyama Station in Chuo Ward, opened in late 2024 by a chef trained at the celebrated Toritanaka. Charcoal-grilled skewers of carefully selected local chicken are paired with seasonal kaiseki-style dishes across two nightly seatings. Named to Tabelog’s Top 100 Yakitori restaurants (Hyakumeiten) for 2025, it has quickly built a reputation for meticulous fire control and seasonal sourcing.
