Seo (瀬尾)

Seo (also known as Torizen Seo) is an upscale yakitori restaurant in Azabu-Juban run by chef Hiroyuki Seo, who trained for eleven years at the renowned Torizen in Katsudoki before opening this restaurant in April 2003. The stylish basement space combines counter seating with a private room, serving carefully selected chicken grilled over charcoal alongside a strong wine and sake list. Popular for business entertaining, the restaurant has since expanded with a branch inside the Tokyo Station Hotel.
