Ramenman (拉麺男)

Ramenman is a rural roadside ramen shop in Murakado, on the outskirts of Miyazaki City, famous locally for its rich tonkotsu broth and, unusually, for opening at 6am to serve ‘asa-ra’ (morning ramen) to early risers and shift workers. It is the only Miyazaki Prefecture restaurant selected for the 2025 Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list, making it a point of local pride. The shop stays open nearly continuously from morning through evening, six days a week, closing only on Thursdays. Its hearty, well-seasoned bowls have made it a destination for ramen enthusiasts touring Kyushu.
