In Higashi-Shinsaibashi, Osaka, OKO Tako is a dedicated gluten-free takoyaki restaurant that replaces the usual wheat-flour batter with chickpea flour and seaweed, making it safe for both celiac and vegan diners. It is open daily from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. As one of the only gluten-free takoyaki spots in the city, it lets visitors enjoy a classic Osaka street food without the wheat.
