Nodoguro Senmon Ginza Nakamata, opened in October 2015 in Higashi-Ginza, is devoted entirely to nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), served grilled, as sashimi, simmered, in hot pot, and in clay-pot rice. The intimate basement dining room seats around 30 guests with a private room available. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
