New Shin Mikan (ニュー新みかん)

New Shin Mikan is a 9-seat, counter-only izakaya in the basement of the New Shimbashi Building near JR Shimbashi Station, specializing in an omakase course centered on uni (sea urchin) and oysters paired with Japanese sake. It operates without exterior signage and takes reservations only through Instagram. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
