Alongside its yakitori, built on Omi chicken from Shiga, the restaurant has drawn attention for a foie gras hot pot distinctive enough to be featured on Fuji TV’s Nonstop, along with fresh preparations like tataki and tsukune that round out a menu deeper than the average skewer shop. Weekend hours run earlier and later than the weekday schedule, giving Saturday diners the longest window of the week, while Monday is set aside as the sole day of rest.
