Miho’s Kitchen Grains reworks Japanese brown-rice and vegetable cooking into casual cafe meals. The restaurant is now in Nagoya’s Nishi ward, having moved from its original Nakamura location. Sunday lunch runs as a vegan ramen service, giving visitors a different reason to return.
Vegan details: The restaurant states that its cooking excludes animal ingredients, eggs and dairy. Gluten-free-friendly choices are available, but request the specific preparation you need rather than assuming the whole menu is gluten-free.
Plan your visit: Tuesday–Saturday lunch is 11:00–15:00. Dinner is 17:00–21:00 and must be reserved at least three days ahead. Sunday ramen lunch is 11:00–15:00. Closed Mondays and public holidays.
