Note: This Fujigaoka shop is the flagship / original (元祖) location of the Hanzo Ramen Group (半蔵グループ), confirmed via the group official site menya-hanzo.com. The other three group locations already listed on this site — Menya Saisakizaka (Tsurumai), Hanzo Seimen (Chubu Centrair Airport), and Menya Shishimaru (Kameshima / Nagoya Station) — are sister branches that derive from this original Fujigaoka shop. The signature dish is Ise ebi (spiny lobster) tsukemen. The shop does not take reservations and does not accept credit cards, though e-money/QR payments are accepted.
