Mennoharu is part of the Hakushin ramen group from Gifu Prefecture and opened in Kasugai in November 2021, specializing in rich chicken paitan (tori-paitan) ramen with handmade noodles. It has been ranked #1 in Aichi and #1 in the chicken paitan category by Ramen Walker Tokai 2024. Note: in addition to being closed every Tuesday, the shop is also closed on the third Wednesday of each month.
