Marbrade (フランス惣菜と串カツ マルブラード)

Marbrade is a one-man-operated izakaya in Nagoya’s Shinsakae district that unusually pairs Japanese kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) with French charcuterie such as pate en croute and terrines, prepared by an owner-chef trained in France. It is the direct successor, at the same location, to the beloved kushikatsu stall Manmo-chan. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
