Manchinken has served its signature tamago-toji ramen (egg-drop ramen) since 1968, following 54+ years as a street stall before that. The restaurant is cash-only and seats up to 60 guests. Note: in addition to being closed every Sunday, the shop is also closed on the third Monday of each month.
