Note: Kadoya Shokudo is the flagship “Sohonten” location of a small Osaka ramen chain, selected for the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten Osaka 2025 award. The shop is cash-only and does not accept reservations — expect a queue. Regular closed days are Tuesday and Wednesday (Tabelog also notes the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays as an additional recurring closure, though the shop’s weekly table already shows Wednesday closed every week).
