JIMGU (ジングー)

JIMGU is the signature restaurant of the auberge ENOWA YUFUIN, set among the mountains of Yufuin with views of Mount Yufu. Guided by a FARM-DRIVEN philosophy, the kitchen builds its tasting menus around produce grown on the property’s own farm and greenhouse, including over twenty tomato varieties, under a chef with culinary roots in Tibet and New York.
