Widely regarded as the founding shop of the entire “Iekei” (家系) ramen style, Yoshimuraya opened in 1974 near Hiranumabashi Station and remains the acknowledged “sohonzan” (headquarters) of a lineage of tonkotsu-shoyu ramen shops that has since spread across Japan.
