Hikizan Tashizan (ひきざんたしざん)

Hikizan Tashizan is an intimate, reservation-only yakitori restaurant near Ikeshita Station in Nagoya’s Chikusa Ward. The chef grills a wide range of cuts over charcoal, from classic thigh and skin to shamo game bird and Nagoya Cochin chicken, alongside seasonal offal like gizzard and milt. It was selected as one of Tabelog’s Top 100 Yakitori restaurants (Hyakumeiten) for 2025, prized for its meticulous, course-based approach to skewer grilling. The shop is closed on Sundays as well as on Mondays that follow a public holiday.
