Gion Soymilk Ramen Uno Yukiko (祇園豆乳ら〜めん うのゆきこ)

In the Gion district of Higashiyama Ward, Gion Soymilk Ramen Uno Yukiko is run by a soymilk pastry chef and is widely described as the only dedicated gluten-free ramen restaurant in Japan, using rice noodles and a soymilk-based broth instead of wheat.
