Shiki no Aji Fujiyoshi (四季の味 ふじ芳)

Shiki no Aji Fujiyoshi is a reservation-only izakaya in Ryogoku, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, known for its signature uzura-nabe (quail hot pot), a specialty rarely found elsewhere in the neighborhood. The restaurant relocated from its original Asakusabashi location to its current Ryogoku address. It has been named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list. Note: in addition to its regular Sunday and public-holiday closure, the restaurant is also closed on the last Monday of each month.
