Eragon (永来権)

Five minutes from Ashiya Station on the Hanshin Main Line, Eragon builds its menu entirely around Oshioka Jidori, a heritage chicken breed sourced from a single contracted farm in Miyazaki. The chef ages whole birds for about four days and grills them on a custom-designed grill, serving an omakase course of seven skewers with accompaniments. The restaurant serves six nights a week, closing on Sundays, with dinner typically running ¥10,000 to ¥15,000, and has been recognized on the Tabelog yakitori WEST Hyakumeiten list for three consecutive years.
