Don Hyara (呂ひゃら) is a small, long-running izakaya and tempura specialist in Nagoya’s Nishi Ward, near Asama-cho Station, known for an affordable, high-turnover lunch tempura-bowl service and a reservation-heavy, sought-after dinner service.
