Chukasoba Uemachi (中華そば うえまち) was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Ramen Hyakumeiten (百名店) list for Osaka Prefecture, announced December 2025, and is also featured in the MICHELIN Guide. Located near Tanimachi-rokuchome Station in Chuo-ku, it is known for its refined, old-school Osaka-style shoyu chuka soba built on a clear, delicate broth. Cash only and closed on Mondays (including holidays); the evening service sometimes ends early once ingredients sell out.
