Chosei-an is a soba and tuna specialty izakaya in the Tsukiji Outer Market, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, in operation since the early 1980s. Known for its bluefin tuna dishes served alongside handmade soba, it draws both morning market workers and evening diners. It was named to Tabelog’s 2025 Izakaya EAST Hyakumeiten (Top 100) list.
