Chiba Sakae (地葉 栄)

Chiba Sakae is the Nagoya branch of the acclaimed Chiba (地葉) yakitori group, which began in Yokohama and has become known for its refined, charcoal-grilled omakase-only course menu. The chef pairs each skewer with a curated selection of premium sake, wine, and cocktails, adjusting the course to guests’ tastes as the meal unfolds. A short walk from Yabamachi Station, the 28-seat space features an open counter facing the binchotan grill plus private rooms, and has earned consecutive selection to Tabelog’s Yakitori Top 100 every year since 2022.
