BLESS (ブレス)

A short walk from Morishita Station, BLESS has been selected for the Tabelog Hyakumeiten yakitori ranking for five consecutive years through 2025. The kitchen builds its omakase entirely around three prized regional chicken breeds — Iwate’s Junwatori, Miyagi’s Shinrindori, and Fukushima’s Datedori — grilling each in turn to highlight the character of the breed. The fixed ten-course menu centers on five yakitori skewers alongside seasonal appetizers, with a thoughtful wine list chosen to complement the smoky, delicate flavors in a refined, low-key dining room.
