Tucked inside the Casablanca Building on Nagarekawa’s bar-and-izakaya strip, Bishu Bikou Hamai pairs a rotating live tank of seasonal seafood with a well-chosen sake list. The compact counter-and-table room leans into an intimate, hideaway feel, with chef’s-choice courses built around whatever’s freshest that day.

A newer addition to Hiroshima’s izakaya scene, it earned its first Hyakumeiten nod for 2025. Closed Sundays and national holidays.
