播州地酒 ひの (Banshu Jizake Hino)

Banshu Jizake Hino is a Kobe-Sannomiya izakaya devoted to the local sake of Hyogo Prefecture, stocking over 150 varieties alongside other regional Japanese sake. Run by a single owner-chef since 2009, the compact space pairs its sake list with seasonal small plates in a quiet, adult-oriented setting. It has been recognized in the Tabelog Hyakumeiten Izakaya WEST ranking for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025).

Note: the restaurant is also closed on national holidays in addition to its regular Sunday closing day.
