AT THE 21 is a long-running okonomiyaki and yakisoba restaurant in Toyonaka that opened in December 1984. It is known for its thick, generously-filled okonomiyaki made with carefully sourced ingredients, including a popular mixed modan-yaki with yakisoba noodles. A separate Namba branch, AT THE 21 Namba, also exists in central Osaka.
The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
