酒粋 醍醐 (Shusui Daigo)

Shusui Daigo is a sake-focused izakaya near Kanazawa Station, part of a small Hokuriku restaurant brand that also operates a sister location in Toyama. The Kanazawa shop is known for an extensive Japanese sake list paired with fresh seafood and seasonal Kaga-region vegetables. It has been named a Tabelog Izakaya Hyakumeiten selection.

Note: while normally closed Sundays, the restaurant may open on Sundays that fall during public holidays, Golden Week, or the Obon period.
