Sendai Chuka Soba Meiten Kaichi Kokubuncho (仙台中華そば 銘店嘉一 国分町店)

This listing is specifically for the Kokubuncho branch of Meiten Kaichi, a Sendai chuka soba specialist known for its golden broth made purely from aged chicken. A newer “honten” (main shop) opened in Taihaku Ward’s Akiu area in June 2022, but the Kokubuncho location is actually the original and longer-running shop, having operated roughly 12 years before the Akiu branch opened.
