Akasaka Ajiichi is a Showa-era institution near Keisei-Funabashi Station, founded in 1975 and known for its niboshi-infused shoyu broth. Despite the name, it is a standalone shop (not connected to Tokyo’s Akasaka district) and is distinct from other unrelated shops using the name Ajiichi elsewhere in Chiba.
