Ramen Kuon (らーめん久遠)

Note: Ramen Kuon uses hand-pulled, aged, high-hydration noodles and is known for its refined shio (salt) ramen, served in a deliberately quiet 8-seat counter space where conversation is kept low so guests can focus on the food. The shop is closed Sundays, public holidays, and the New Year period (subject to the Semba Center Building’s own schedule), and hours may end early if the soup sells out. It has been a Michelin Guide Kyoto–Osaka Bib Gourmand pick every year from 2021 through 2026, and a Tabelog Ramen Osaka Hyakumeiten honoree in both 2024 and 2025.
