Tori Soba Zagin Honten is the original flagship location of the popular Zagin chicken-paitan ramen chain, a 2-minute walk from Higobashi Station. The rich chicken white-broth ramen is made with Kagoshima Sakurajima chicken and topped with crispy fried burdock (gobo). Selected for the Tabelog Ramen Osaka Hyakumeiten 2025 (百名店) award. Open daily; closed only December 30–January 3. Cash only.
