Resshi Shoyu Menkobo Sanku (烈志笑魚油 麺香房 三く)

Note: Resshi Shoyu Menkobo Sanku (pronounced “Resshi Shoyu Menkobo Sanku,” れっししょうゆ めんこうぼう さんく) is a 15-counter-seat shoyu ramen and tsukemen specialist near Shin-Fukushima Station in Osaka’s Fukushima Ward, run by a chef with roots at Menya Musashi. It has been named to the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list every year since 2018, including 2025. The shop keeps no fixed weekly closed day but closes for about four days each around Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays, and shuts early on any day when ingredients sell out — cash only, no cards or e-money accepted.
