Chuka Soba Haruki (中華そば はる樹)

Note: Confirmed relationship — this Kasugai shop, opened 2007 by owner Shigeki Shinmoto, went on to earn the top Tabelog ramen score in Aichi Prefecture. Shinmoto later opened “Tori Soba Nagonoki” (鶏そば 那ご乃樹, see the Nagono listing, post 683) in Nagoya’s Nagono/Shikemichi district as an explicit second-brand spinoff — confirmed in his own words on the Nagonoki official site’s story page (nagonoki.com/story/), where he describes opening Chuka Soba Haruki in Kasugai in 2007 before going on to open Tori Soba Nagonoki.
