A niboshi (dried sardine) ramen specialist near Kannai Station in Yokohama’s Fukutomicho neighborhood. This Fukutomicho shop is the honten (flagship/main shop) of the Hekkan name; a Gumyoji branch, Gumyoji Hekkan, also exists near Gumyoji Station. Cash only — no credit cards, e-money, or QR payments accepted. No regular weekly closed day; closed only during the New Year holiday period.
