Sumire is a legendary miso ramen shop that originated in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and is widely regarded as one of the founding pioneers of Sapporo-style miso ramen, often named alongside the city’s other big-name miso ramen houses. This Yokohama branch, located in the Noge nightlife district near Sakuragicho Station, brings the original Sapporo recipe — a rich, lard-topped miso broth with yellow curly noodles — to Kanagawa.
